Dr Hamdan received her Doctoral Degree in Dental Surgery abroad in 2011, where she practiced for several years. After life brought her to Arizona (for the first time) in 2014, she discovered biological dentistry, and built her foundation in biological dentistry concepts. After gaining experience in Phoenix, Dr Hamdan decided to join Tufts University School of Dental Medicine, in Boston, for two years of General Practice Residency for International Dentists.

 

After completing her residency, Dr Hamdan practiced biological dentistry in Massachusetts under the mentorship of some of the original pioneers in biological dentistry in New England. While in New England, she expanded her scope and understanding of biological dentistry and functional medicine, and is now looking to bring that expertise back to Arizona, to serve the holistic and health conscious community.

Dr Hamdan continues to advance her skills thru training programs led by some of the best biological dentists in the world, from Switzerland to Phoenix, including training by Swiss Dental Solutions (SDS). To provide you with world class skill, and gentle, holistic care. Her drive to continually improve, results in her taking nearly 200 hours of continuing education annually!

To date, Dr Hamdan has helped thousands of patients achieve life changing oral health in conjunction with their overall health. Her patient base spans several states, countries, and islands as her reputation has spread throughout the health conscious community, thanks to her patients. She enjoys receiving post cards and little notes from her past patients, as life takes them in new directions. 

​

She is keen on promoting to her patients that oral health goes hand in hand with overall health. It’s important to take into consideration all aspects of our health, not just our teeth. She enjoys working with patients of all ages and backgrounds as she strives to develop a patient doctor relationship based on trust and respect.

​

On a side note, Dr Hamdan loves the outdoors and enjoys all water sports, especially swimming. She and her husband have visited and hiked in over 22 national parks and counting, and now has the privilege of taking her son and daughter to these same wonderful places.
